This program is designed for those who want to follow a complete program of full nutrition guidance, full weight training workouts, suggested cardio routines, and weekly check ins in person, on phone, or through email. Accountability is the key to success.
12 Weeks of Self Love with Kelley
This program is a week by week specific nutrition plan along with 5 HIIT workouts that can be done at home or in the gym. There is a private FB group to be part of, and weekly check ins are the key to success. You will learn to love your body through the journey.
